About Us:
Gunthers started in 1910 as a small farm and sheet metal shop in Lehi. Four generations later, we're the longest-running HVAC business in Utah County — still family-owned, still doing the work the same way: taking great care of our team, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.
We're looking for someone to join our fabrication shop. No experience needed. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn a trade, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Cut sheet metal and other materials to size
- Support our welders and fabricators on day-to-day shop work
- Pick up and deliver materials in company vehicles as needed
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Follow our safety standards and wear the required PPE
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
That's it. Prior shop experience is a plus, but it's not required — this is a training position.
