What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician at Lehi Tech, you will help ensure our residents have a safe, well-maintained place to call home. A typical day may include:

• Completing work orders in occupied homes
• Turning and preparing vacant units for new move-ins
• Performing light groundskeeping and daily community walks
• Maintaining building systems, amenities, and common areas
• Working closely with your team to improve the community

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently & proactively
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Preferred (we can train the right person):

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
• Wall/paint repair experience
• Groundskeeping experience
• Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
