Behavior Analyst

  • Follow state rules related to behavior supports and staff training curricula
  • Follow supervision as required by the BACB, including ensuring adequate hours and documentation
  • Maintain BACB certification and state licensure (as applicable)
  • Plan, develop, and monitor behavior support plans and treatment goals to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
  • Consult and teach support staff and management teams with ongoing training in line with Positive Behavior Supports and proactive strategies
  • Work with an office space and provide on-site program visits frequently, giving observations and feedback
  • Be visible and available to work with and develop direct support staff in understanding behavior interventions
  • Attend team meetings and coordinate with outside agencies, day programs, medical professionals, support coordinators, and families as needed
  • Create and maintain data collection and analysis
  • Maintain and oversee ethical, professional, and person-centered standards
  • High creativity and interpersonal skills
  • Focus on developing positive relationships and holistic approaches
  • Ability to travel to various locations across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties
