Engage3, LLC (Scottsdale, AZ) needs Senior Pricing Data Scientist:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data analysts, guiding team in designing, developing, and maintaining machine learning PIM pipelines for data ingestion, demand forecasting, and price optimization. Oversee best practices for data quality, error handling, and pipeline scalability, ensuring robust and efficient machine learning workflows while transitioning hands-on engineering work to junior team members. Delegate and oversee project scheduling and deliverables for price optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work with stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient resource allocation while providing high-level guidance on execution. Establish and enforce data validation standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of incoming data. Guide junior team members in identifying data needs, implementing quality checks, and maintaining a robust data integrity framework. Oversee and provide strategic direction for client implementations, ensuring seamless integration of data analytics into existing systems. Manage cross-functional collaboration with ETL and engineering teams to define best practices, troubleshoot data-related issues, and drive continuous optimization of analytical processes. Drive data-driven decision-making by developing insightful visualizations and reports, effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze, process, and manipulate large datasets for demand forecasting and price optimization using machine learning and statistical techniques. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation processes and automated checks. Develop and apply clustering techniques and predictive modeling to segment customers based on demographics, purchasing behavior, and psychographics, evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and customer trends. Build and refine predictive models to anticipate customer purchasing behavior and lifetime value, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on segmentation analysis. Develop KPIs and monitoring metrics to assess pricing performance, demand forecasting accuracy, and customer segmentation insights.
