SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, meeting timelines and budgets
- Prepare and review project estimates, contracts, and change orders
- On site inspections conducted regularly to monitor progress and safety regulations
- Financial reporting on each project
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Must have 5 years of Project Management Experience
- Must be able to work with clients, co-workers, and other managers
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug tests
- Must be highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in job costing and scheduling
- Construction background is a plus
