About SerenityÂ
Serenity Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing multi-site specialty medical platforms in the country. Founder-led, ten years in market, 1,000+ employees, 40+ clinics across multiple states, and growing 100% year over year — without PE or venture capital.Â
We deliver advanced, in-office medical interventions including TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), IV ketamine, and medication management. Our patients come to us because nothing else has worked, and our model is built around moving them from consult to treatment with a high-trust, education-led approach.Â
We are scaling fast, hiring operators who have done it before, and building a leadership bench that will carry us through the next 40 clinics — and the 40 after that.Â
Â
The OpportunityÂ
The VP of Clinic Operations owns the performance of our national clinic footprint. You will lead a team of Regional Directors and be accountable for the operational growth and performance of every clinic in the network.Â
This is a builder's seat. You're not maintaining a system — you're tightening it, scaling it, and raising the bar across every region. You will be measured on hard numbers: patient retention, TMS conversion, clinic-level staffing health, and provider satisfaction. You will be expected to drive those numbers up, quarter over quarter, while we continue to open clinics at pace.Â
You will report directly to the COO and partner closely with the executive team on growth strategy, new market entry, and operational standards.Â
Â
What You'll OwnÂ
- Performance across 40+ clinics and a growing footprintÂ
- A team of Regional Directors, each managing a portfolio of clinics and supporting the clinic-level managers and staff underneath themÂ
- Standards and accountability — driving consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and playbooks at every site, in every regionÂ
- The patient education model — coaching clinic teams on a consultative, education-first approach that converts appointments to treatmentÂ
- KPI ownership across:Â Â
- Patient retentionÂ
- TMS conversion rateÂ
- Clinic staffing health and retentionÂ
- Provider satisfaction and retentionÂ
- Talent density — recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier operators at the Regional Director and Clinic Manager levelÂ
- New clinic ramp — partnering with the growth team to bring new sites to performance benchmarks on an accelerated timelineÂ
Â
What Success Looks LikeÂ
- Every region is hitting or exceeding KPI targets, and underperforming sites are identified and corrected quicklyÂ
- Regional Directors are running their territories with discipline, consistency, and a clear scorecardÂ
- Patient retention and opt in to key treatments, period over periodÂ
- Clinic staff and provider turnover trend downÂ
- New clinics ramp faster than the prior cohortÂ
- The bench is deeper six months from now than it is todayÂ
Â
Who You AreÂ
- 5+ years in a VP-level or higher multi-unit, multi-state operations roleÂ
- Prior scope of at least 500 employees and 20+ locations under your direct ownershipÂ
- A track record of taking a multi-site operation and making it measurably better — faster, leaner, more consistent, more profitableÂ
- Comfortable holding a high bar and holding people to it; not conflict-averseÂ
- Metrics-obsessed. You run your business off a scorecard and you expect your leaders to do the sameÂ
- Strong recruiter of talent — people you've hired follow youÂ
- Comfortable with a consultative sales motion and coaching frontline teams to execute oneÂ
- Willing to travel ~50% and work fully in-office in Atlanta or PhoenixÂ
Backgrounds we're actively sourcing from: Multi-unit healthcare services (dermatology, med spa, fertility, concierge medicine, vision, urgent care, IV therapy, aesthetics), high-growth multi-site consumer services, specialty retail operations, or any multi-state operation with comparable scope and complexity.Â
Â
Compensation & BenefitsÂ
- 90% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for the employee and all dependentsÂ
- 401(k)Â
- 3 weeks PTOÂ
