Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
Sales & Business Analysis
路 Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making
路 Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager
路 Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities
Forecasting & Planning
路 Support short- and long-term business forecasting
路 Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings
Item Setup & Maintenance
路 Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems
路 Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart requirements
Compliance & Operations
路 Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards
路 Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively
Order Management
路 Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment
路 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Deductions & Chargebacks
路 Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed
路 Identify root causes and implement preventative measures
In-Store Execution
路 Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution
路 Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations
Retail Readiness
路 Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews
路 Support modular reset planning and execution

Qualifications
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree required
路 Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred
路 Familiarity with Walmart systems, including Retail Link, preferred
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word required; advanced Excel skills a plus)

路 Experience working with large retail accounts, especially Walmart
