Store Driver

Entry level store position capable of supporting delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role has the responsibility to deliver parts to our commercial customers and assist with task and inventory processes in the store. This position can be part time or full time and must be fleet safety certified. Primary Responsibilities include safely delivering parts to customers, picking and staging parts for customer orders, picking up returns and cores, dropping off weekly/monthly sales flyers, and daily collection of credit accounts. Secondary Responsibilities include store cleanliness and general stocking. Success factors include basic driving and navigation ability, ability to use delivery board system, friendly communication, ability to locate and stock parts, safety knowledge and skills, and operating inventory systems and store equipment. Essential skills include effective communication, reading and interpreting documents, basic math skills, and ability to work various shifts. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be fleet safety certified. Physical demands include walking, standing, talking, hearing, handling, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Work environment includes indoor and occasional outdoor work with exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, electrical risks, explosives, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
