Job DetailsJob Location: Pennsylvania - Gap, PA 17527THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN OUR OFFICE IN GAP, PA Job Summary:                                                                                                 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and supporting the bidding processes. This role is essential to ensure our bids are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company goals.   Position Responsibilities: Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost, materials, and labor estimates. Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for completeness, compliance, and competitiveness. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, ops manager, and salespersons during the budget and bidding phase. Prepare quantity take-offs using Excel. Prepare project budgetary estimate or scope proposal for the salesperson to submit to the client. Create site logistics plan with the help of the project management department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current construction costs, materials, and labor rates. Assist in developing schedules, and scopes of work. Assist in post job assessments to evaluate cost updates for future work. Qualifications
