Job Description:

Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, operated by Onvo, you will lead a team during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to brand standards. You will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the restaurant during your shift.

Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
* Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
* Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met in accordance with Burger King and Onvo policies.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and deposit preparation.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
* Enforce company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and conduct.
* Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving as needed to support the team.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the fast-food or restaurant industry preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proven ability to train and motivate team members.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Basic math and computer skills.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
