Packaging Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $19/hour

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help ensure our products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Daily tasks may include:

• Packaging cannabis products according to established procedures
• Verifying labels, SKUs, and packaging information for accuracy
• Conducting quality checks throughout the packaging process
• Operating packaging equipment and machinery safely
• Organizing and transferring finished products to designated storage areas
• Assisting with inventory control and recordkeeping
• Maintaining accurate production documentation
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces
• Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns
• Supporting team goals and production schedules

Teamwork, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role.

What We're Looking For

You do not need prior cannabis experience to apply. We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and work hard in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using ladders and working safely in production environments
