Location: Delaware
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Delaware. This role focuses on helping clients improve communication, manage relational stress, and navigate emotional challenges through consistent, scheduled care. You will work independently while supported by an established remote clinical infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Assess relational dynamics and establish treatment goals
  • Create and maintain individualized care plans
  • Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
  • Adhere to Delaware licensing and telehealth regulations
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in Delaware
  • Experience working with relationship-focused treatment models
  • Ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
