We're currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant II to join our Oral Surgery team in Leland, NC!

What You'll Do
  • Assist Dr Capps during oral surgery procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
  • Review treatment plans and help educate patients about recommended procedures
  • Record patient health histories and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support scheduling and patient flow throughout the day
  • Perform sterilization and ensure compliance with infection control standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies when needed
  • Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

  • DAII training or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of oral surgery assisting experience
  • NC Xray Certification
  • Nitrous Monitoring Certification
  • CPR certification (or able to obtain within 30 days)
  • Ability to explain treatment plans and insurance information clearly
  • Knowledge of Denticon is a plus
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
  • Able to travel to other locations when needed
