(CRCSI) is looking for a passionate Individual Therapist to join our therapeutic school‑based team. Here, therapy isn’t isolated — you’ll work side‑by‑side with educators, psychiatrists, and family members to support the whole child and help them succeed at home, in school, and within their communities. What You’ll Do As an Individual Therapist, you will play a key role in each child’s treatment journey. You will: Provide weekly individual therapy and bi‑weekly family therapy using evidence‑based practices Offer day‑to‑day therapeutic interventions based on each student’s needs Lead group therapy when assigned Complete intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, academic staff, and outside providers Support students in improving classroom behaviors and coping skills Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and supervision to continually strengthen your skills Essential Skills for Success You’ll thrive in this role if you can: Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth and families Adapt evidence‑based interventions to a wide range of diagnoses Communicate clearly with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Manage documentation and treatment planning with accuracy and timeliness Utilize crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies, including TCI techniques Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured therapeutic environment Physical and practical abilities include sitting/standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs., and performing basic office tasks. Core Responsibilities Complete intake packets and rating scales for treatment planning Conduct treatment reviews with parents/guardians and collaborate with outside providers Support academic staff in promoting classroom success Maintain program materials and contribute to an organized therapeutic space Understand and follow licensing and payer requirements Complete discharge summaries and insurance documentation Engage in ongoing training and clinical supervision to grow professionally Why Join CRCSI? Qualifications Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; LSW, LAPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT PREFERRED Experience as a mental health therapist preferred Training or certification in CBT, DBT, ACT, or other evidence‑based therapies is a plus Ability to obtain Act 33/34/FBI Clearances Basic computer proficiency Reports to: Director of Therapeutic Services Supervises: None
