Our Expectations

As a residential property management Maintenance Technician, you'll prepare apartments for new residents, make repairs for people already living there, and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical. Range of work and knowledge: You'll be called on to fix problems with plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more.

Provide excellent customer service to our residents:

• Ensure resident satisfaction by the timely completion of work order requests and apartment turns with new residents
• Participate in after hours rotation for property – ensuring timely response of emergency maintenance requests.
• Participate in resident events
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the property
• Ensure maintenance team is following policy as it relates to safety (wearing protective gear, following heat stress guidelines, etc).

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must have and maintain a valid California Driver's License
• Must have and maintain auto insurance
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to be reached by phone
• Must be willing to support sister properties within a geographic area
• Must be willing to work any shift as required
• Must be willing to work any day as required
• Must be willing to comply with my job description
