What You'll Do

• Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations.
• Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns.
• Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers.
• Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM.
• Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

What We're Looking For

• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
