Employee Services Coordinator

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to join our Assistive Care State Programs Home Care office in Harrisburg, PA. 

The Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) plays a vital role in supporting both current and prospective field employees. This position ensures that all onboarding, compliance, and employment documentation processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on service and employee experience. The ESC is also responsible for managing high-volume administrative workflows related to hiring, onboarding, retention, and overall field employee engagement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally
  • Support and maintain personnel file management and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with onboarding and hiring processes from application through start date as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all required employment documentation and workflows
  • Support coordination and execution of Home Health Aide training programs, including scheduling, materials management, and skills practice coordination
  • Maintain and update required federal and state labor postings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency required to perform job functions
