Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for accurately receiving, handling, standardizing, and processing the milk per daily production requirements. Operate equipment (CIP, HTST, UF, separators, etc.) as necessary and ensure sanitation of equipment and work area as per QMS work instructions. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.Â

Essential FunctionsÂ

• Operate & wash High-Temperature Short Time (HTST), UF and Milk separator;Â
• Clean-in-place (CIP) vats, lines, and silos before and after productionÂ
• Standardize milk per established guidelinesÂ
• Run whey separator and milk-o-scanÂ
• Receive, load, and wash trucksÂ
• Monitor CIP tanks and check for chemical strengthsÂ
• Complete all daily required paperworkÂ
• Communicate any equipment-related problem to Team Lead and/or maintenance departmentÂ
