Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our sales, billing, and operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative functions and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, communicates clearly, and takes pride in organization and follow-through.


Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and managing/responding to emails
  • Receiving and distributing sales leads
  • Taking customer payments via credit card, ACH, and processing check payments
  • Contacting customers regarding past due invoices and failed auto-draft payments
  • Handling customer cancellation requests, including retention efforts and processing cancellation paperwork
  • Converting approved sales proposals into work orders
  • Invoicing customers for completed work and recurring monthly services
  • Produce and distribute insurance certificates/assist customers with obtaining alarm permits
