Stanley Steemer is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity!

Pay & Compensation

  • $16/hour base pay

  • + 20% commission on services

  • Tips from satisfied customers

  • Bonus incentives

  • Most technicians earn between $700 per week - $1300 per week

Schedule

  • Monday through Saturday + 1 weekday off.

  • Average 40–50 hours per week

  • Full-time opportunity with consistent worK

Responsibilities

  • Perform carpet, upholstery, floor cleaning, air duct, and 24/7 emergency water restoration services in customers' homes and businesses

  • Provide excellent customer service while explaining services and recommendations

  • Operate company equipment and maintain cleanliness of work vehicles

  • Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • At least 19 years of age

  • Background check, motor vehicle, and drug test (minus THC)

  • Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Customer service skills
