Position Summary

We are seeking a Kansas-licensed clinical social worker to provide virtual mental health services. The LSCSW will conduct assessments, deliver psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and help clients manage concerns affecting their emotional health and daily functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Assess safety concerns and follow appropriate procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
  • Master’s degree in social work
  • Active Kansas LSCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing behavioral health treatment
  • Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
