Protecting People.” We are seeking a Parts Data Coordinator to partner with our experienced Parts & Retrofit Team in this environmentally focused industry. A Parts Data Coordinator at Smith and Loveless is responsible for data collection for the Parts Division, supporting the Parts Division General Manager. Downloads raw data from multiple databases and manipulates into workable Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP, IF variation formulas, Pivot Tables, Subtotals, and other Microsoft Excel functions & formulas. Creates and maintain weekly reports for tracking unit sales, open orders, various sales goals, and other reports as needed. Reviews data for errors or inconsistencies and bring to the attention of the Parts General Manager. Download order Data from Kinetic and Maximizer on a daily basis to check for errors and forward to Parts Supervisor for correcting if needed. Update Maximizer Order Data daily to assist with tracking order status. Report weekly Bookings & Shipments for the Parts Supervisor, Parts General Manager, and Parts Vice President. Update and track the Parts Shortage Report weekly and note any week-to-week changes that occur on orders to bring to the attention of the Parts General Manager. Attending all meetings necessary to track these changes. Research Orders on a Weekly basis tracking credit holds, user holds, and payment status to confirm all steps for order processing have been completed. Research historical orders and invoices that have open questions and report findings to the Parts General Manager Update Unit Sales and Rep Sales Data monthly for review and analysis by the Parts General Manager while reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies. Once per quarter downloading and Part Cost information and updating the Part Cost workbook for review by the Parts General Manager. Other duties as assigned by Parts General Manager or Parts Vice President. Keep work area neat and clean. QualificationsSkills/Requirements Associate’s degree in business or higher. Must be capable of developing Microsoft Excel pivot tables and cell formulas (including VLOOKUP and IF formulas) as well as generating reports and analyzing data. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Maximizer. Attention to detail.
