Phlebotomist III – Lenexa, KS
We are seeking experienced Phlebotomists to join our Lenexa, Kansas team and provide high-quality patient care throughout an assigned territory, including Lenexa, Kansas City, and Independence.
Schedule & Requirements:
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility within a 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. window (generally 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Rotational Saturday coverage approximately every 4th–5th Saturday
- Territory-based position with travel between assigned locations
- Experience working with pediatric and geriatric patients is preferred
- Must be comfortable traveling between Patient Service Centers (PSCs), In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) locations, and other assigned sites
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the assigned territory are required
About the Role
Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), and other sites. Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results.
The Phlebotomist III works independently, maintains a consistently low error rate, and is comfortable handling more complex collections and patient or client situations. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing a professional, efficient, and compassionate patient experience are essential.

Pay range: $23.10+ per hourÂ
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
