Product Solution Manager - Occupational Health & Safety (Hybrid)

The Product Manager - Occupational Health & Safety will drive the operational excellence and lifecycle management of Quest Diagnostics’ Workforce Health Solutions workplace drug screening and occupational health product portfolio to fuel profitable business growth. Serving as the primary operational champion, the incumbent bridges the gap between high-level product strategy and flawless execution across laboratory, technology, and commercial teams. 

This high-impact leader will direct complex product implementations, optimize end-to-end workflows, and manage critical lifecycle stages to maximize scalability. By leveraging deep industry expertise, this person will identify operational friction points and execute strategic process enhancements that directly improve operating margins and customer satisfaction.
