Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder I to join our production team in Lenexa, KS. If you know your way around a MIG welder and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team building the forks and buckets that keep skid steers running strong.

The Details

  • Pay:Ā $21.00 – $23.00/hour
  • Location: Lenexa, KS
  • Experience: 0–5 years

What You'll Do

  • MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
  • Build Forks and Buckets for skid steers
  • Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks
  • Read and work from prints
  • Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production
  • Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–5 years of welding experience
  • Welding Certification required
  • Ability to read prints
  • Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently
