Health, Dental & Vision Insurance – start 1st of the month following hire Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity coverage PTO & Flex Holiday – no waiting period Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Extra Perks Fitness reimbursement Met-Guard boot reimbursement Prescription safety glasses Step challenge to earn extra PTO Annual healthy hike (team-building event) What You’ll Do Operate and support the steel coil processing line Load, stage, and move coils and finished material safely Set up equipment per work orders and specifications Monitor line operation for quality, safety, and efficiency Inspect material for defects and accuracy Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO’s), blueprints, and instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ✅ What We’re Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred (coil line or metal processing a plus) Ability to read work orders and basic blueprints Comfortable working around heavy material and moving equipment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred (or willingness to train) Work Environment Hands-on manufacturing setting Standing and walking throughout shift Working with steel, machinery, and material handling equipment Qualifications
