Job DetailsJob Location: Lennox, SD 57039Fan Test Specialist Full-Time | [Insert Location] Do you like hands-on work, troubleshooting problems, and making sure equipment performs the way it’s supposed to? We’re looking for a Fan Test Specialist to help test, balance, and build high-quality fan systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is a mix of testing, production work, and problem solving—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in precision. What You’ll Do Test and balance axial and centrifugal fans using specialized software Troubleshoot performance issues and help optimize equipment performance Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Read blueprints and follow work orders accurately Write and update fan testing procedures and documentation Work with purchasing and vendors on supplied components Use measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers Help train team members within the fan department Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement What You Bring Manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, CAD/SolidWorks a plus) Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented Strong communication and teamwork skills Forklift certification or willingness to be trained Willingness to learn electrical testing and safety procedures What to Expect Physically This is an active, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.
