CNC Machinist

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in the Lenoir City, TN area. This is a first second opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Read blueprints to interpret part specifications
• Set up CNC machines by loading materials
• Calibrate tools
• Set speeds, feeds, and cutting depths
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers
• Perform machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machinist experience operating HAAS, Mitsubishi, G & L machines, including boring mills, bridge mills, and wire EDM equipment
