We are growing our team in Lenoir City, Tennessee, and are seeking an experienced sleep and/or DME manager to lead operations for our transportation sleep program and contribute to outstanding patient outcomes.

Position Overview

The manager will serve as the clinical and operational leader of our sleep program for one of our large transportation clients. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations and ensures high standards of quality across all diagnostic services. The ideal candidate holds active credentials as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), but non-credentialed candidates will be considered based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including workflow management and patient education.
  • Apply clinical expertise (respiratory therapy or polysomnography) to guide protocols and patient care standards
  • Ensure compliance with prescribed therapy and DOT requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize diagnostic processes and patient outcomes
  • Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
  • Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and act on clinical data with sound judgment
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
  • Need to be flexible in shift hours to accommodate the client and patient needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active credential as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) OR Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT or CPSGT)
  • Prior experience as a manager, supervisor, or lead technologist role
  • Additional certifications or experience in respiratory care, sleep medicine, or diagnostic testing are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials
  • Full-time position with a stable, Monday–Friday schedule (specific shift details provided during the interview process)
