Job DetailsJob Location: Plant 2 Upholstery Plant - Lenoir, NC 28645Position Type: Full TimeResponsible for Track, maintain and expedite all orders to maintain on time deliveries, safety and good housekeeping practices around work area, cleanliness of machine, filling material   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Expedite Priority orders daily (Expeditor Capacity) Process all offsite Distribution Orders daily Review Open Orders daily, expedite as required. Track, maintain and expedite all orders to maintain on time deliveries Review and update customers on promise dates Reject product not meeting quality standards Maintain on delivery time Responsible for safety and good housekeeping practices around work area, cleanliness of machine, filling material Any other duties assigned by a member of the Management Team. QualificationsQualifications: Effective communication & interpersonal skills required to build relationships across the business Must have some computer skills and ability to use a scanner Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently or as a team member Ability to read work instructions Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending for an 8-hour shift Able to lift up to 50 pounds Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects Move products from upholstery locations to finished products Environment: Climate controlled production floor  Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching   Lifting of up to 50 pounds  Benefits include, but not limited to: PTO & Paid Holidays Health, Dental, Vision & other supplemental insurances Paid Life Insurance 401k Plan (with company match) Paid Volunteer Time Off Employee Discount Program
