Job DetailsJob Location: Plant 2 Upholstery Plant - Lenoir, NC 28645Position Type: Full TimeThis position works the line spraying furniture with a variety of finishes: Stain, Lacquer, and Sealer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line Use spray guns to coat furniture frames, make adjustments to liquid product according needs. Perform line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner Complete pre and post cleaning production run Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPR in designated areas, confined, space safety, safe chemical handling, etc. Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications: Minimum two (2) years experience in spraying in a factory environment, preferred Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently or as a team member Ability to read work instructions Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending for an 8-hour shift Able to lift up to 50 pounds Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects Move products from upholstery locations to finished products Environment: Climate controlled production floor  Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching   Lifting of up to 50 pounds
