Are you looking for a career in construction with opportunity for advancement? Richards Corporation is currently seeking highly motivated construction equipment operators.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, loader, bulldozer, skid steer, etc
Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation
Dig holes and trenches
Prepare building sites for parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, etc.
Inspects and fuels equipment

Requirements

MA Hoisting License
OSHA 10 certified preferred
Reliable transportation.
Pass a background check.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather.
Be punctual and reliable.
The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
