About the Role:

OCM is looking for a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Monroe, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team success on the floor every day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedules, quotas, and quality standards are met
Supervise, coach, and develop production floor employees to maximize performance and engagement
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to maintain optimal efficiency
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, compliant work environment
Coordinate with quality control teams to identify and resolve production issues
Track and report key production metrics, downtime, and output to management
Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and other departments to minimize disruptions

Requirements:

2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles
Ability to read and interpret production schedules, reports, and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
Proficiency with basic computer applications and production tracking systems
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
