Asphalt Highway Construction Crew CDL Driver Needed!

Position: Highway Construction Crew CDL Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a commercial vehicle assigned to an asphalt highway construction crew- roughly 25% of job responsibility.
• Perform a wide variety of other construction-related activities for 75% of job responsibility.
• Participate in all phases of highway construction.
• Training in traffic control management.
• Potential operation of power tools such as jackhammers, earth tampers, and pavement breakers.
• Potential operation of heavy construction equipment based upon previous experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class A or Class B with Pendulum Hitch Endorsement commercial drivers license.
• Flexible and dependable availability – primarily day work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and nighttime work.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or other senior crew members.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Prior asphalt experience will be preferred.
• Prior traffic control experience will be preferred.

• Class A or Class B with Pendulum Hitch Endorsement CDL.
• Valid email address.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
