Westaff is looking for a Manufacturing Technician in the Templeton, MA area for Immediate Start! 


Location: Templeton, MA 

Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm- Must be able to Train on 1st shift for a week 6am-230pm 

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour depending on experience 


Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and hand tools.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to fabricate components to exact specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, plastic, and composites.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all fabricated components meet company standards.
- Document work processes and maintain accurate production records.


Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication, machining, or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machinery, and measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
