The role

Location: Leominster MA (Night Shift)

Hours: Thursday - Saturday, alternating Wednesday's, 7pm - 7am

As a Production Shift Supervisor at IPLS you will:

  • Production & Inventory Oversight:

    • Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely completion of orders.

    • Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards.

    • Proactively identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Monitor and control scrap rates in InTouch, implementing corrective actions to reduce waste.

    • Accurately complete production reports, including output, downtime, and scrap data. Review Shop Orders for accuracy before running.

    • Investigate errors – Root Cause Analysis.

  • Quality Control:

    • Enforce quality standards and procedures, ensuring products meet specifications.

    • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, identifying and addressing any defects.

    • Collaborate with process technicians to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

    • Ensure proper documentation of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
