Job DetailsJob Location: Leominster - Leominster, MA 01453Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $26.57 - $30.00 HourlyPOSITION TITLE: Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Worksurfaces) DEPARTMENT: Worksurfaces FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Production Manager in the daily operation of the Worksurfaces department. This role oversees production activities, ensures safety and quality standards are met, develops team members, and drives productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in meeting customer expectations while promoting a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace. Essential Responsibilities Lead, coach, and direct employees to achieve production, quality, and safety goals. Develop production schedules and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency. Train employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Enforce company policies, plant rules, and safety regulations. Review and approve employee timekeeping and attendance records. Oversee daily production activities and allocate resources to meet production targets. Assign work and provide direction to Group Leads. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and other departments to prioritize production needs and back orders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance. Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees. Strong reading, writing, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Proficient with computers and standard business software. Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Schedule Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) Must be available to work Saturdays as business needs require.
