Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role


  • Lead development of GaN device architectures, process modules, andintegration concepts.
  •  Establish key technology differentiators in performance, cost,reliability, robustness, and manufacturability.
  • Define electrical, reliability, and manufacturability targets. 
  • Ensure technology readiness for product introduction.
  • Own the development strategy for new process generations and platform enhancements. 
  • Lead root-cause investigations of technology and reliability issues. 
  • Drive technology decisions and technical risk management. 
  • Benchmark competition and industry trends. 
  • Mentor senior engineers and technical experts. 
  • Develop technical competencies within the organization.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 


  • Typically 12-15+ years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Significant experience in power semiconductor technology development
  • Strong background in GaN device and process technology development andintegration
  • Proven experience leading complex R&D projects from concept tomanufacturing release 
  • Demonstrated success influencing strategic technology decisions
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven capability to lead globally distributed teams
  • Fluent english, basic german as advantage

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

US$ 213,520 – US$ 293,540

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
