Job DetailsJob Location: 0097 - Distribution Center - LEOMINSTER, MA 01453Salary Range: $15.25 - $17.00 HourlyThe Warehouse Picker / Packer plays a critical role in supporting our stores and online customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping product from our Distribution Center. This role thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork and safety, and offers opportunities to learn multiple areas of DC operations. What you'll do Pick, pack, and ship product for store replenishment and direct‑to‑consumer orders  Inspect, count, tag, label, and verify merchandise for accuracy and quality  Identify shortages, damages, and discrepancies and report them appropriately  Replenish pick locations and support inventory accuracy  Palletize and prepare merchandise for relocation or shipment  Cross‑train and work across multiple areas of the Distribution Center  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment  Follow all TPS policies, procedures, and safety standards Who you are Be a TPS brand ambassador Reliable, accountable, and safety‑focused  Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment  Able to work independently and as part of a team  Basic math and computer skills required  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and stand/walk up to 6 consecutive hours. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and extended hours during seasonal peaks. Warehouse, RF scanning, or forklift experience is a plus (not required)  Experience with material handling equipment preferred (forklift, pallet jacks, lifts). Motivated to learn, grow, and develop new skills through feedback and experience Accountable, reliable, and punctual with a strong sense of ownership over your work Motivated to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities Working Conditions  Warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
