About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Nationwide Pennant & Flag as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk! In this vital role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently while being part of a company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments and inventory.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
