What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll independently perform a broad range of maintenance and repair duties to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive. Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing and completing routine and moderately complex maintenance repairs Responding to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency Performing preventative maintenance and quarterly inspections Maintaining common areas, grounds, and building systems Completing apartment turnovers within established timelines Participating in an on-call rotation and responding to emergency maintenance needs Coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced team members Following all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong customer service skills. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Trade school training or industry certifications Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or residential maintenance Schedule Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities are required.
