Used Car Technician

CMA’s Williamsburg Ford is looking for a dependable Used Car Specialist to join our team. If you take pride in your work, focus on quality, and want consistent flat-rate hours in a busy shop — this is the role for you.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect, diagnose, and recondition used vehicles
  • Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Complete Virginia State Inspections
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Ensure vehicles are front-line ready for sale

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently

  • Takes ownership and accountability for work
  • Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screen. 
  • Ford experience preferred (not required)
  • Valid Virginia State Inspection License (required)
