Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of items against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse, reporting any hazards or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
