About the Role
Support multiple dealership locations in our centralized Business Development Center (BDC). You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts, schedule sales & service appointments, follow up with prospects, and help drive showroom traffic.

No automotive experience required — training provided. Ideal for candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or sales support backgrounds.

Schedule

Full-time, 5-day work week
One weekend day required
One weekday evening shift (12 PM – 8 PM)
One weekday off

Compensation

$45,000–$80,000+ (salary + commission/bonuses)
