Job Title: Programme Support Specialist

Location: Falmer or Durrington, Sussex (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37, Monday to Friday

Salary: circa ÂŁ40,000; depending on skills and experience

About the role

The Programme Support Specialist enjoys working with data, can turn complex information into meaningful insights and wants to build a career within programme management and major infrastructure delivery.  It offers strong exposure to programme delivery, reporting, planning, commercial activities and regulatory processes, with significant opportunities for development within the IPM team.

What you will be responsible for

  • You will need to be comfortable working with large volumes of data as well as collect, cleanse and consolidate information from multiple sources
  • You will be experienced in producing meaningful reports and analysis and preparing packs and insights for Programme Managers and IPMs
  • You will be required to support in planning, reporting and programme management activities
  • You will be able to help turn data into clear stories and insights
  • You will assist in the development of proactive and regular reporting on relevant programmes to Investment Committee, Exec and MDs. You will provide administrative support to the team on an ad hoc basis.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • You will have strong Excel capability with Power BI, SAP and Primavera being highly desirable
  • You will have experience analysing large datasets and have the ability to interpret data and communicate findings
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • You will have the ability to work across multiple data sources and have an analytical mindset
