Our single location, privately owned optometry practice is looking for an Optometric Technician who brings warmth, dependability, and attention to detail to everything they do.

Essential Functions
- Provide excellent patient care during every patient encounter
- Pre-test patients before exams
- Collect patient history and document findings accurately in the EHR
- Assist doctors during exams and procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Educate patients on tests, procedures, contact lenses, and treatment plans
- Assist with contact lens training and follow-ups
- Support front desk or optical staff as needed
- Display a professional attitude with staff and patients
- Practice urgency at all times with the patient schedule as well as the Doctor's
- Prior optometric technician experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in a team environment
