This role focuses on ensuring requests are efficiently managed, clients remain informed, and operational processes run smoothly from initiation to completion.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Service Coordination, Operations, Project Coordination, or Account Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or workflow management tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, software, or professional services environment is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in a Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain organized in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
