We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping create a positive workplace experience across our growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage workers' compensation programs and claims administration.
  • Administer FMLA, disability, leave-of-absence, and accommodation programs.
  • Coordinate unemployment claims and represent the company in hearings when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Manage HR compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and required workplace postings.
  • Support employee wellness and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, leave administration, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.
