What You'll Do
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products
- Follow up on internet leads and inbound quote requests
- Contact previous customers and win-back opportunities
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities
- Build relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines

Qualifications
- Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Life & Health License (Preferred but not required)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
