About the Role:
Lululand Adventure Park in Richmond, VA is looking for an energetic and passionate Store Manager to lead our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences! Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store and park operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of associates
- Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and retail floor presentation
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park and company policies
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and operational KPIs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail or attraction/entertainment management experience required
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or hospitality preferred
